Dockix is operated by Shenzhen Cundangdian Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市存档点科技有限责任公司).

Sales scope

Beacon 01 is currently sold only to supported addresses in the United States. Each customer may purchase one unit and choose one of the available finishes, subject to inventory and payment status.

Payment and availability

The product price is USD 199, charged in full once at checkout.

A successfully paid order reduces available inventory by one unit. Payment does not promise a confirmed delivery date.

If Dockix cannot prepare or fulfill the ordered unit, Dockix will refund the amount paid through the original payment method when available.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation at any time before the package is physically handed to the carrier. If the carrier has not accepted the package, Dockix will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid through the original payment method when available.

After carrier acceptance, cancellation is no longer available and the published Return Policy applies.

Shipping address

You confirm that you have authority to use the shipping address you provide.

Request an address correction before dispatch; a correction may require identity or payment review. Dockix may decline a correction that cannot be verified or cannot be supported by the logistics provider.

Free delivery to eligible U.S. residential addresses is included in the USD 199 price. Eligible U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and customs fees are not due from the customer on delivery. Any legally required sales tax is shown before the customer submits the order. Dockix will not add an undisclosed shipping, import or remote-area fee after payment.

Published policies

The payment, shipping and duties, return, warranty and privacy policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
