Limited Warranty

Coverage period

Beacon 01 carries a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of carrier-confirmed delivery to the original buyer.

What is covered

The warranty covers a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship under ordinary use during the coverage period. Dockix may require order evidence, photographs, diagnostic steps or return inspection.

Approved remedies

For an approved claim, Dockix may repair the product, replace a component, replace the product, provide a refund or offer another remedy appropriate to the confirmed issue and applicable law.

Make a claim

Contact support@dockix.cn before returning the product. Do not send the product until Dockix provides authorization and return instructions. This warranty gives specific rights and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
