Warranty period

Beacon 01 includes a one-year limited warranty beginning on the carrier-confirmed delivery date to the original buyer.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship under ordinary use during the warranty period. Dockix may require proof of purchase, photos, diagnostic steps, or a return inspection.

Available remedies

For an approved claim, Dockix may repair the product, replace a component, replace the product, issue a refund, or provide another remedy appropriate to the confirmed issue and applicable law.

Make a claim

Contact support@dockix.cn before returning the product. Do not send it until Dockix provides authorization and return instructions. This warranty gives you specific rights and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
