Our commitment

Dockix will protect personal information in accordance with applicable law. This policy describes the practices that apply when the store accepts customer orders.

Information collected

An order may require a name, email address, mobile phone number, full U.S. shipping address, selected finish and payment or order references supplied by the payment provider. Support messages may include information a buyer chooses to share.

Use of information

Dockix uses personal information to manage orders, payment confirmation, delivery, tracking, refunds, returns, warranty requests, fraud review, records and customer support.

Phone numbers are restricted to transactional use unless separate consent exists. Marketing text messages require separate consent.

Processing and providers

Dockix is operated by Shenzhen Cundangdian Technology Co., Ltd. (娣卞湷甯傚瓨妗ｇ偣绉戞妧鏈夐檺璐ｄ换鍏徃), and processing may take place in China. Shopify hosts the store and processes storefront, checkout and order data. PayPal processes payment data. Email and customer-service providers support message delivery and support workflows. Selected logistics providers receive the information required to quote, ship, track, return or investigate a parcel. Information may also be shared with authorities when legally required.

Dockix does not sell personal information.

Requests and retention

Dockix retains information for the period reasonably needed to operate the order, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Requests to access, correct or delete information may be submitted to support@dockix.cn, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions.
